Welcome to JOMO Figures. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website jomofigures.com and our custom 3D-printed figure services ("Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By placing an order or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services.

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. The price shown at checkout is the final price, including shipping within the United States. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, even after an order has been placed.
Payment is required at the time of order placement. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal through our secure payment processor (Shopify Payments). By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method.
After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order; it is an acknowledgment that we have received your order request. We will send a separate email when your order is accepted and production begins.
You are responsible for providing clear, high-quality photos that accurately represent the subject(s) of your custom figure. We recommend multiple angles (front, side, back) for best results. We are not responsible for the quality of the final product if the provided photos are unclear, blurry, or insufficient.
You agree not to submit photos or request designs that:
We reserve the right to refuse any order that violates these restrictions. If you submit prohibited content, we may cancel your order and issue a refund, minus any processing fees.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use your photos solely for the purpose of creating your custom figure. We will not use your personal photos for any other purpose unless you check the "Promotional Use (Optional)" checkbox during checkout.
Standard production takes 7-12 days from the date you approve the design preview. Express production (3-5 days) is available for an additional fee, with priority processing, faster print and finish times (1-2 days), and expedited shipping (1-2 days). We will notify you of any significant delays. We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control.
We include one free revision to the digital design before printing. After you receive the design preview, you may request changes to:
Additional revisions may be available for a fee. Major changes or complete redesigns may require a new order. Revisions must be requested within the timeframe specified in your design preview email.
We currently ship within the United States. Shipping is included in the price for all US orders. International shipping may be available upon request. We use reputable shipping carriers and provide tracking information once your order ships.
You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect addresses, carrier delays, or circumstances beyond our control. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for additional shipping fees.
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for damage or loss during shipping, but we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier if your order arrives damaged.
Because each figure is custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or error on our part. All sales are final once production begins.
You may cancel your order for a full refund (minus any payment processing fees) if you contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and before production begins. Once production has started (typically within 24-48 hours), cancellations are not permitted. To cancel, contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number.
If your figure arrives with a manufacturing defect or error on our part, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will replace the figure at no cost to you, including free shipping for the replacement.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of approval. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of JOMO Figures or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
You own the physical custom figure you receive. However, we retain all rights to the 3D design files, models, and digital representations. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our designs without permission.
During checkout, you have the option to check a box labeled "Promotional Use (Optional)" to grant us permission to use photos of your completed figure (not your personal photos) for promotional purposes. This is completely optional. If you check this box, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use photos of your completed figure on our website, social media, and marketing materials. You may revoke this consent at any time by contacting us.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JOMO FIGURES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.
Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless JOMO Figures, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State where JOMO Figures operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in the United States.
You agree that any disputes must be brought in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative proceeding. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and JOMO Figures regarding your use of our Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
