Standard production takes 7-12 days from the date you approve the design preview. This includes:
Express production (3-5 days total) is available for an additional $50 fee. Express orders receive priority processing with faster print and finish times (1-2 days) plus expedited shipping (1-2 days), while maintaining the same exceptional quality. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Note: Complex orders (large sizes, multiple people, pets, hand-painted finishes) may take longer than the typical timeline.
Each figure is carefully packaged in elegant gift packaging with protective padding to ensure it arrives safely. Your figure is ready to display or gift as soon as you open it.
You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for additional shipping fees to reship your order.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's progress. If you have questions about your shipment, please contact us at [email protected].
Because each figure is custom-made to order based on your specific photos and specifications, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size ordered, or buyer's remorse. All sales are final once production begins.
This policy is standard for custom-made products, as each figure is uniquely created for you and cannot be resold to another customer.
We stand behind the quality of our work. If your figure arrives with a manufacturing defect or error on our part, we will replace it at no cost to you.

We will work with the shipping carrier to file a claim and send you a replacement as soon as possible. Replacement shipping is free of charge for shipping-related damage.
You may cancel your order for a full refund (minus any payment processing fees) if you contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and before production begins.
Once production has started (typically within 24-48 hours of order placement), cancellations are not permitted as we have already begun creating your custom figure.

If a refund is approved (for cancellations before production or in rare cases of defects where replacement is not possible), refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of approval. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
